I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor, and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists).

I have specific interest and experience in Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis theories, and Sand Tray Therapy.

I am committed to delivering a professional way of working, to suit my clients specific learning style, and preferred way of working.

I have worked with issues such as Relationships, Family dynamics, Self-esteem, Stress, Post-traumatic stress, Depression, anxiety, Phobia's, Trauma, Domestic abuse, Historical sexual abuse, Bereavement, Addictions and many others.

I am passionate about peoples mental health and well-being, and i will be privilaged to travel with you on your journey of exploration, to stand by you every step of the way.
