This Is Counselling in motion, and I find it works really well if you are perhaps feeling trapped, stuck or confined in your life, or in any previous counselling sessions.
You may feel by being physically active can help ease your tensions, and give way to new ideas to help you to move forwards.
I provide a safe, confidential, comfortable counselling room, for you to feel free to work through anything you need too, at your own time and pace. I can adapt our sessions to suit your preferred way of working and specific learning style.
Online and Telephone Counselling
This service is useful if you are unable to travel to me in person, and it maybe better suited to your lifestyle.
